Health Care Plan
bitWise offers a comprehensive Medical and Dental program that provides our employees and their
families with a wide range of convenient, high-quality health care services. All plans are
provided by bitWise, with a minimal contribution required by each employee. This plan also provides
a prescription drug benefit program, allowing for significant savings on purchases. Our dental coverage
offers both in-network and out-of-network providers.
SIMPLE 401(k) Plan
bitWise's SIMPLE 401(k) Plan allows employees to designate a percentage of their salary to
tax deferred retirement savings. All employees are immediately eligible to participate in the
plan. Employees may contribute up to $6,000 - the annual maximum determined by the IRS. bitWise's
matching contribution is the maximum of 3% of an employee's annual salary, at a rate of $1 for every
$1 the employee contributes. Employees are always 100% vested in their own contributions to the plan.

Personal Leave
The Personal Leave program offers employees the flexibility to balance work and personal needs.
bitWise offers each employee two personal days a year.
Annual Leave
The Annual Leave program offers employees the flexibility to enjoy planned vacations and take care
of personal needs. The program also affords employees the opportunity to "sell back" their unused
annual leave time. Employees may sell back their annual leave hours at 100 percent provided they
maintain a balance of 40 hours. Employees accrue annual leave days as follows:
- 5 years employment or less - 10 days per year.
- 5-9 years of employment - 15 days per year.
- 10 years of employment or more - 20 days per year.
Sick Leave
The Sick Leave program offers employees the comfort of knowing that if they fall ill, they will not
suffer the economic effects of missing work. Employees can earn sick leave at a rate of 6 days a year
and may store up to 30 days.
Technical Book Purchase Program
The Technical Book Purchase program is designed to assist employees in purchasing books needed
to expand their technical knowledge. This program augments our training program. It confirms
bitWise's commitment to ensuring that all employees have access to the resources they need to
exceed customer expectations and their own personal career goals.
Computer Purchase Program
bitWise offers a computer purchase program to assist eligible employees in buying a home computer.
bitWise will finance a loan of up to 80% of eligible expenses, without interest. Repayment is made
through payroll deductions.
