Business Value Analysis, The bitWise Business Value Assessment is the next step, this session is designed to help organizations rapidly identify prominent business opportunities where an enterprise application can be leveraged to gain a competitive advantage and realize business value. We perform rapid pattern recognition around financial impact, business process, dominant workflows, and system functionality/gap analysis using our industry standard intellectual capital held in our technical library. We analyze the impact of the envisioned enterprise solutions and rank the 5-6 most prominent business initiatives based on value creation.

Readiness Assessment, Our Readiness Assessment is an intensive three-to-five week session designed to help clients analyze there current Internet business and IT capabilities to determine how well prepared they are to meet new industry and marketplace challenges. Each clients business processes, technology environment, and support systems are first reviewed and cataloged through a series of interactive workshops. We perform rapid pattern recognition against our knowledge base of "best practice" systems designs to determine whether existing IT architecture has been properly structured to meet the demands of next generation applications. Potential gaps are examined, technical options are assessed, and a 'blueprint' for the future is prepared. The end result is an alignment of infrastructure improvements, business priorities, and Internet application development plans.
